Zudena Brand ()
También conocido como: Tastylia® Oral Strips.
Zudena® is a newly designed anti-impotence medication produced by Sunrise Remedies Ltd. Zudena® contains an active ingredient Udenafil, which is a recently approved PDE-5 inhibitor.
Udenafil starts working in response to sexual arousal by stimulating the production of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum. Nitric oxide activates the lyase enzyme which is followed by increasing levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). This cyclic nucleotide relaxes smooth muscles in blood vessels of the corpus cavernosum, increasing blood flow and thus inducing an erection.
Zudena® has a rapid onset action reaching a peak plasma concentration between 1 to 1,5 hours and its half-life is 11-13 hours, meaning Zudena® has a long duration of action.
Zudena® does not protect you or your partner from sexually transmitted diseases (including HIV) or from pregnancy.
Dosage
Zudena® should be taken orally with a full glass of water.
Recommended dose: one tablet per day taken 30 minutes before planned sexual activity.
The maximum recommended dose is 1 time per day.
The dose may be increased to two tablets per day if individual tolerability is taken into account.
Missing a dose
Zudena® is used only when needed, therefore missed dosages are not relevant. Do not exceed the doctor's recommended dose. Do not take a double dose of Zudena®.
Overdose
If an overdose occurs and you are feeling unwell, you should seek emergency medical attention or contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Storage
Store at room temperature between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F) and away from excess moisture and heat. Throw away any unused medicine after the expiration date. Keep out of the reach of children.
